Delivery of Educational Services: An Administrative Model

The study aimed at examining the administrative aspect of the delivery of educational services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, one of the provinces of Pakistan. The data was collected via self-administered questionnaire from different stakeholders. The results revealed that all variables included in the model were significantly contributing to the satisfaction regarding delivery of education.
