%A Shahzad , Saqib %A Jamal , Waseef %D 2013 %T Impact of Organizational Justice and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Case of Private Sector Universities in Peshawar %K %X The preset study was an attempt to find out the effect of organizational justice and employees engagement on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational justice was further measured by distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. Organizational citizenship behavior was measured by five sub variables. There was altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, courtesy arid sportsmanship. The data was collected from the faculty members of private sector universities operating in Peshawar. The results of the study showed that organizational justice had significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement also was found to have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
