TY - JOUR AU - Gul , Saleem AU - Nouman , Muhammad PY - 2009 TI - Time Flux: An Examination Of Non-Temporal Considerations In Projects JF - Business & Economic Review; Vol 1 No 1 (2009): October 2009 KW - N2 - Project management is generally considered to be a temporary endeavor. This myopic view of projects results in considerations that are difficult to justify and defend etiologically. We contend that projects are complex environments; project management extends beyond the assumed arbitrary boundaries and that project stakeholder concerns should not be envisaged as adhering to the same disjointed temporal dimensionality to which projects are enslaved. Projects may well terminate but their end result (gains and losses) outlives the project, as such stakeholders continue to be affected. Examples of past projects are provided as empirical evidence and a framework of stakeholder management is proposed UR - https://bereview.pk/index.php/BER/article/view/28
